I loved the dart board! It is harder than it looks, but everyone had a great time. Couldn’t have had better timing. They came in plenty of time to set it up and came back soon after the event, so nobody had to wait on them. The men putting it up were very courteous.

Constructive feedback for improvement: Delivery arrived about 9:45 am so there was not enough time to set up 6 inflatable games. Our executives and VP walked through at 10:15 am and 2 big inflatables were not fully ready. We suggest delivery at 9:00 am to allow plenty of time to set up and drive out safely before the crowd gets there. Suggestion—Soccer Darts need longer rake-like sticks to get the balls down. We had to use a 12 feet ladder for volunteers to climb to get the balls down. All the games looked impressive once they were set up. The attendees enjoyed the games especially the Hamster Balls and Soccer Darts. Thank you very much for the rentals! We plan to rent again next year.

Overall our experience was great. They were ahead of schedule for delivery. ( This was our first time renting from Skyhigh) I was not feeling confident at first because our initial reservation was lost on several items; however, when they arrived with a full crew and were so fast setting up. We used SHPR for our lockin at the school. Got 4 different inflatables and our girls had so much fun. They arrived early to set up and came back 4 minutes after our lock in was over to pick everything up. Super professional and punctual.
