The gentlemen that came to set up were on time and extremely considerate. Very personable!!! I’d hire all of them again in an instant. The only disappointment was the Giant Connect 4. I thought it was going to be like the ones I’ve seen before that are 5 feet tall and look exactly like the real game. I didn’t love the small, wooden one that was sent. From the Equipment, to set up and the engineer controlling the bull!! Everything was awesome! If I could rate this higher I would! Customer service and set up was incredible. Everything was wonderful!! Our only concern was the festival began at 10:00 but the attractions were not ready to go until almost an hour into the festival. May have been due to confusion on our end, but that is the only concern we had. We do plan to use you again!!
