Very easy to work with would rent from again. Only issue, which I’m sure this is hard to manage, but the inside was dirty. We had to clean out before using. Beings I rented the toddler play house, couldn’t let the little ones run around with old debris inside. Other than that, very happy with the service and product. My guests loved the Candy Land Toddler play land.

We had a great experience. We did have both sand bags and stakes on our order, but the drivers did not have it when they first arrived. They were great about going back to get them for us. We also had a generator go out on the double slide with kids on it, but they driver was quick to show up when we called him. The generator did turn back on when they arrived, so I am not sure what the problem was. The customer service has always been top notch! Thank you!

Overall our experience was great. They were ahead of schedule for delivery. ( This was our first time renting from Sky High) I was not feeling confident at first because our initial reservation was lost on several items; however, when they arrived with a full crew and were so fast setting up. Their courteous helpful nature as well as professionalism made me realize this is a great company that I fully intend to use again.

Everything was wonderful!! Our only concern was the festival began at 10:00 but the attractions were not ready to go until almost an hour into the festival. May have been due to confusion on our end, but that is the only concern we had. We do plan to use you again!!
